"A" Series Saws

The "A" Series power hacksaws meet the metal sawing requirements of the medium to large capacity facilities. The saws feature dynamic down-feed force, powered by the end-user's compressed air supply.

With the force generated through the hydraulic circuit, the "A" series saw cuts through today's work-hardening materials such as stainless steel, titanium, and alloy brass.

Another feature is an infinitely variable feed rate control. This control is used in combination with the feed pressure control. The combination with the feed pressure control. The combination of controls is useful when cutting thin wall materials that will work-harden when insufficient force is used. This line of saws provides the correct amount of operator-adjustable rate and force required to penetrate the resistance of the cutting surface. This adjustment eliminates the potential of crushing the workpiece.

At the end of the cut, the frames automatically return to an operator-adjusted stop, allowing for a quicker turn-around time for the operator.
